<p>Most schools (and I’ve worked at schools of varying sizes) file things in a miscellaneous credentials file until an application arrives. When an application arrives, staff go through the credential files to pull anything related to the applicant and make a folder. You’d be surprised by how many items arrive for students who never even apply. Want to see pictures?</p>
