Sending in a grade for a class I retook- Regular Decision

Ok in one of the AP classes I took this year, I did not do so well in comparison to how I usually perform. I am taking the class again but instead of AP, it is honors and I am doing it online. I should finish in the next two weeks. Do you think I can send this one grade to the colleges I applied regular decision to? I am planning on talking to my counselor about this. Please give your feedback!
