Sending in all ACT scores

<p>When I fill out the form where I decide where I want my ACT scores to go, I always choose the colleges I want to go to, not backups.
Does sending in multiple slightly-lesser scored ACT hurt my profile?
Here are my scores:
29- sent to John Hopkins, Georgetown, U of Michigan Ann Arbor
30- sent to John Hopkins, Georgetown, U of Michigan Ann Arbor
29- sent to John Hopkins, Georgetown, U of Michigan Ann Arbor, Vanderbilt
TBD- I think: Duke, Northwestern, U of M, Vanderbilt</p>

<p>Would these colleges look down on my taking the ACT <4 times?
Should I not retake the ACT?</p>

<p>Can’t you decide which scores to send? If you’ve been taking a multitude of practice tests without much improvement, then I would suggest that you solely submit your highest score and refrain from taking it again.</p>
