Once the application from a school comes out, does that mean they have started to accept them? I don't need to wait once they have come out and I have completed it, right?

Ah, I've another question about mailing the supplements:

You know I'm an international student and have to mail the supp materials via the mail. Which kind of college's address should I put on the envelope ? I mean the one with the exact street/road name or the one with ONLY the PO Box without the street name ? I'm a shade perplexed by this, since a couple of colleges I have a look at just give the two types of address. And there is obviously difference b/t these two kinds ( I heard it the other day from a senior at my HS )
Much obligded :) ( hope I don't sound so much like an ignoramus :D )

Once the application is available, you can submit it.

The application itself (or the accompanying directions) will tell you specifically the address to send it to. If you have an application package mailed to you, it will even include an envelope for you to use.

BTW I would recommend using a service like Fed Ex rather than regular mail. It is always nice to know (and be able to prove) when an application package was received. Sometimes things get lost in the mail. Other times colleges may say they haven't received something; but if you have the tracking information, you can prove they did. (Be sure to make yourself a copy of everything you send, in case you need to resend.) Also, make sure that there isn't a special address for courier deliveries. I remember that there was for one school my daughter applied to (it was listed in the application instructions).
