Sending in SAT scores too early?!

Hi!
I took the SAT on May the 3th, but I have a little problem.
I'm planning on going to college in 2009, so I'll be applying in in november this year. But CollegeBoard is set to send my scores to the colleges of my choice..
These colleges don't even know me yet, so what should I do?
Is it better to send my scores later, or will the colleges keep my scores in their systems? I'm so confused so I hope someone can help me out!

Regards, Steven

send 'em now or send 'em later - doesn't matter. The college will just put them in a file awaiting your completed app.

Yea go ahead and send them now. They'll make a file for you and put the scores in there. It might also let them know you are interested in their school.

Better to send them now with the free reports (save your money for app fees :P). They'll keep it on file for you.

Ok ok, but what if I'm gonna re-do my SAT?!
I have to send them again, right? That's no problem?

And what do you guys think, I'm from The Netherlands and I'm gonna apply to UCLA. Do international students need to have the same SAT score as the American citizens?

Well, let me know!

It's not a problem to send them more than once, each time they will send scores for all of the SATs you have taken to date. Only use your free score reports for these early attempts, then you can send them all again when you apply.

But if I register for the SAT again, I'll have the free ones again right?
Or is it only one time?!

You get free ones every time.

Sending them now may demonstrate your interest to some schools, and they may start sending you mail (I don't know if they do this for internationals or not). You will probably have to send them again if you take the SAT again, and if you take the SAT Subject Tests.

I would not worry about it as others have said. They will see all your scores in the end.

There is no harm at all in sending scores early. The college will not "lose" them.
