Sending in supplementary material?

<p>is there a form we have to fill out to send in supplementary materials? nothing major, just a resume and a creative writing piece, 3 pages total. should i indicate somewhere on the application that i’m sending in extra stuff, or i can just send them in and penn’ll take care of it? thanks in advance.</p>

<p>There's a question somewhere on the application (I think it's the last page of part 2) that asks something like "are you planning on submitting any supplementary material?"</p>

<p>oh, I'm not at all sure about the common application...if I were you, I'd just write a sentence or two in the "additional information" section saying what you will be sending to them</p>

<p>Or you could put all of it in the additional info section if it is not too much.</p>

<p>On the Penn specific app it cut out stuff about my awards :(</p>
