Hey all,

I know that Stanford says that they do not wish to receive any extra materials. But if i happen to have a good report, or good reference, would you recommend that I send it in? Because to be honest, the stanford application doesnt give me a lot of room to show some of my hooks.

Thanks!

i woouldnt do it just b/c it explicity states do not send in sup material but it's really up to you.

Btw is you fall back school U of T (based on your screen name)? And if so, why the negative cononation? My fall back school is U of T also, so I'm just wondering is there something bad about U of T I should know?

the stanford person who came to my area in october strongly disencouraged me from sending in my research abstract. he said that it only shows I couldnt follow directions when they specifically asked for no extra stuff.

Thats why you have your GC mention the new awards in the required mid-year report. Maybe you don't have to send the article, but I would definitely have your GC mention it.

hmm... what if i get my GC to include it with the mid year report?
would that work?
no?
