Sending in the App, How does it work?

Alright so if I send in the Common App online with the digitalized essay, and I have my two teacher recommendations sent via real letters, what else would I have to send in?

Would the Harvard supplement be able to be sent online? Would I need to give something to my counselor?

Also, is it acceptable if my app is sent in part online and in part in the "real world"?

the supplement can be sent online

"Also, is it acceptable if my app is sent in part online and in part in the 'real world'?"

you can, but why would you need to?

counselor sends in secondary school report, transcripts, and teacher recs.

Alright so I send in all of the Common App that I can, tell the College Board to send my scores in, and then give envelopes to my teachers, and give what to my counselor?

"Alright so I send in all of the Common App that I can"

that you can? what is in the common app that you cannot finish? if your common app isn't finished, wait to finish it; it's not due until january 1

yeah, send your scores in via college board or actstudent.org, depending on which test you want to have sent in (sat or act)

go to the section on your college called "school forms" and designate your counselor and teachers for counselor and teacher recs, respectively; some teachers or counselors may have opted out of doing the recs online; if so, you'll be able to download the pdf file and give it to them; if they are doing it online, just register them, and they'll do it (make sure to designate which teachers will be doing rec letters for each college; some colleges only require or want 1 rec letter; others want 2 [like harvard])
