<p>My school tells us to fill out these forms so that they know to send our transcripts and ACTS. They want me to turn these forms in now, but I want to turn in my actual applications on common app later. Can I do this? Or is there something that says I HAVE to have my applications in before they can do this?</p>
<p>Yes, you can do this. They’ll create a file for you when they receive any application material, even if you haven’t applied yet.</p>
<p>There is no way that my school can penalize me or something for not turning my apps in though right?</p>
