Sending in UC Transcripts as a transfer in a quarter system community college

Hi!
I’m a transfer at De Anza college which is a quarter system community college.
If transcripts are due July 1, and our last day of school is June 26 are we supposed to submit our transcripts earlier without our Spring grades? Or submit late?

Typically, you will end up submitting transcripts twice. Once before 7/1 to satisfy the requirement and then again after you receive your Spring grades. If you are completing your IGETC during Spring, then you’ll wait until it is certified and grades are in before sending.
