Sending Jan. SAT

I took the January SAT saturday, and I was wondering if most colleges expect us to rush the scores or wait till receiving them to send them. I realized after the test that Penn wanted to be written down during registration to make things faster. Do I rush to them? Or can I safely send results the day they come out?

I applied to

Harvard
Princeton
Penn
Cornell
Wash U
Vanderbilt
Duke
Chicago
Northwestern
Carnegie Mellon
Macalester
BC
Syracuse

I realize that you can’t rush until the scores are received, but can I just send them normally?

Don’t rush to them, rather use the 4 free score reports. Some colleges don’t want even accept rushed scores. Its immoral on college boards part.
If these colleges accept Jan scores, You will be fine .!
Best of Luck

I used them just now. I resent old scores too, so do the new and old scores get sent once the January test is graded?

If you want to assure they get there on time, you should designate the colleges in your Jan test registration as ones to receive the scores – you can designate four for free and then any extra at $11 a piece and you can do that on or before next Monday. That actually results in the fastest form of delivery. CB will send the Jan and all prior scores to each college unless you exercise score choice and choose not to send a past score.
