No. If you later submit higher scores, those will be definitive for taking action on your admission file. What is your occasion for taking the ACT now?

I dont really know my dad just wants me to... He wants to see how well i do and what i need to work on. So i SHOULD send in my scores?

Didn't send any the first go around because I asked the same question here on CC and learned that we didn't want the first glimpse an adcom had of our kids to be a potentially low score. Will use the freebies for the safeties the second time around because scores were within range for them the first time.

You are saving less than 40.00 by not using them and it's comforting now after both girls received a relatively low math score that no one has to know about it until there is an ACT or a better SAT sitting to replace it.

so you dont think i should sent mine in? I get to send it to four collgeges for free.

Hi..My D took her SAT's March 1st and I didnt put any schools down. How will I get the test scores? WIll those get mailed or posted at the web site? If not, is there a way to get them? thanks

They will be posted on the website. if you go to collegeboard.com and click on the "my tests" tab on the "my organizer" page it will tell you when the scores from your test date will be ready. Sign in on the assigned day and it will let you know the scores wait a couple of weeks longer and you will be able to get the full score report including the actual essay your D wrote.

David, it's up to you. They just weren't confident enough in the scores to send them out sight unseen.
