sending music recording as supplement but not majoring in music?

well, i was browsing through college supplements and noticed some have music recording section.
I do not want to major in music related studies, but quite good at playing one instrument.

can I send my music recording to all the schools that i apply to even though only some offer such option.?

sure…why not?

I think that it is fine, I mean my mom applied as an engineering major, but sent in a music supplement. She played he piano and sent in original works that she freestyled. BTW, she got into Brown & UPenn!!! ;)

Fernando, a couple of past threads. Do follow the links contained in the second, as it covers a broad spectrum.
