Sending My ACTs

Hi, I’m unsure whether I should send both of my ACTs or just one to score choice schools. Here they are

  1. English- 35
    Math- 32
    Reading- 32
    Science 27
    Writing- 35

  2. English- 33
    Math- 33
    Reading- 34
    Science- 28
    English/writing- 30

Not sure if i should just send the second one, or also the first because i got 2, 35’s in writing. Will it be frowned upon that i took it twice and stayed almost the same? Thanks

It really depends on the school. Some schools superscore so it is beneficial to send both, while others just take the highest composite. I don’t believe it is frowned upon at all, in fact I believe it shows consistency and it is not just a fluke high score.

Send both. They are both strong and show consistency which could be perceived as a good thing vs having one lucky testing day

If money is not an issue, send both. Otherwise, they are about the same. It really depends on how the school looks at the section scores. In general, STEM major may value the Math and Science score more.
