<p>My high school's unable to send transcripts to colleges this year because apparently they can't afford it, so would it be okay for me to send it from my house to the Office of Admissions? I have my transcript right now and it's still sealed. And if I do this, would I make the return address my address or the high school's?</p>
<p>This is an unusual circumstance. Call UCSB and ask them.</p>
<p>I got an email saying they wouldn’t accept it directly from me, but I was able to get my school to mail it in (paid for some stamps and stuff).</p>
