Sending new SAT scores after the Common App has been sent

So I've been applying to several Universities on the Common App over the past few weeks.

I've already taken the SAT twice, and 3 SAT Subject Tests. All of those are listed in the Common App I've been sending.

SAT: 740 M, 670 CR, 670 W
SAT: 730 M, 690 CR, 680 W
(super-scored at 2110)

Subject Tests: 800 French; 750 Math-1C; 730 US History.

Now, I also listed on the Common App that I'm taking (or took) the November SAT Subject Test of Math IIC. I don't know the score yet, but I'll send it officially/directly to those schools when I get it.

My question is this: will colleges easily match that new single score with my app? Or is the fact that I'm sending a score that wasn't listed a risky business? I think that I could get 800 or very close on the Math IIC test I just took, so it'll help my App.

--- Note: I haven't officially sent any SAT scores to these colleges yet. When I get the November score, I'll send all of them to all of the Universities which I'm applying to.

I just want to make sure this is OK. I haven't applied to some of the colleges yet, and I could create a new Common App version to incorporate the score when it comes... which is annoying because I have to re-upload stuff, haha.

Thanks
