The college I am applying to says that scores from November will be considered.

I have taken the required number of SAT IIs already, but one of them is not as high a score as I would like it to be; is it possible to take the test and see my score so I can choose which one to send or do I have to report my score (before seeing it) and hope for the best?

I would probably arrange the score to be sent even before seeing it, just to make sure that it’ll be included in the file by the time the application is reviewed---- If this is early decision/action, the admissions office will probably begin reviewing apps around the beginning of November so you don’t want the score report to arrive too late.

In addition, adcom usually considers the highest of your two scores, and if somehow you know right after the test that you’re unsatisfied with your performance, you can always simply cancel the test. And plus, this allows you to make use of the free score reports.
