Sending only SAT II and ACT?

From UPenn’s website: “We encourage students to submit their entire testing history for both ACT and SAT exams.”

Does this include SAT IIs? Meaning, if I send all of my ACT and SAT II scores, am I also required to send all of my SAT I scores? Or is the SAT II independent of of the SAT I?

Cornell has a similar “send all scores” policy. However, if I submit all of my ACT and all of my SAT II scores, do I also have to send all of my SAT I scores?

When they ask for all scores, you need to submit all ACT and SAT1 scores, he SAT2 score would depend on the school.

You are not required to send anything to Penn except at least one SAT or, alternatively, one ACT. It dropped its all scores rule this year, and “encourage” is what most colleges that do not require all socres say, and there is no penalty for not sending all scores. So you can choose to send one or more ACTs and as many SAT subject tests that you want to send. without sending any SATs.

Cornell is not “similar” to Penn’s rule, because its rule does require you to send multiple scores. However, you can send either all SATs or all ACTs and do not need to send both even if you have both. If you actually decide to send both an SAT and an ACT, you must send all of both. Regardless of whether you send SAT or ACT, you must also submit all subject test scores you have if applying to one of its colleges that require subject test scores (you can choose to submit no subject tests if applying to one of its colleges that do not require subject tests).
