does sending a scoer out seperately from the intial colleges sent to matter at all?

I don't completely understand your question, but if you're asking whether it matters if a college receives a score report because it was one of the 4 you listed on your registration versus receiving it because you asked CB to send the score after the fact, the only difference will be when the college gets the score. If a college was on your registaration, the score will probably be sent out whenever it gets into CB's computer system. However, if you want to send a seperate score report, you'll have to wait for the scores to be reported online before you could request a score report, which will then take a while to process.

after i take the test, could i still edit my listed colleges to send scores too? i mean they dont lock that option afterwards right?

I think that your registration is edittable for a few days after your test. I'm not taking the test tomorrow, but if you log in to your organizer on the CB site and view your ticket, it should tell you until what date you can still edit the registration.

Your registration has been processed. Print this ticket now since online registrants will not be sent a paper ticket in the mail. You may return to this page any time up until test day by going to SAT Registration & Scores and clicking "UPDATE OR PRINT ADMISSION TICKET."

If you need to change or update your registration information or score recipients, go to the section you are updating and select "Update". You can make changes until Jan. 31, 2005 by 11:59 PM EST.

i dont get it

"You may return to this page any time up until test day by going to SAT Registration & Scores "

and "You can make changes until Jan. 31, 2005 by 11:59 PM EST."

I think the point is that you can print your admissions ticket until test day, but you can still make changes till Feb 1st.
