Sending Previous ACT Test Dates to Colleges?

Yale, an all scores college, allows you to send one official ACT test and report others in app. Princeton, Harvard, Brown and Duke accept score choice and allow you to withhold any scores you want to withhold, both SAT and ACT.

Cornell is ambiguous. It is an all scores school but says in one place that it wants all scores implying ACTs also but says in its official application instructions http://www.admissions.cornell.edu/forms/FreshmanApplicationLong.pdf after saying it takes SAT or ACT that it wants all SAT scores but says nothing about all ACT scores. Based on that one could conclude it does not require you to spend a lot of money sending multiple ACT tests and because it is ambiguous it would have no basis to penalize you if you sent only one.

Harvey Mudd, unfortunately, requires you to send all scores including all ACTs, see page 17 of the following: http://www.hmc.edu/academicsclinicresearch/catalogue1/catalogue-10111/catalogue-1011.pdf.

Carrnegie Mellon likewise requires you to send all offical ACT scores if you are relying on ACT, see page 3, par. 5 of http://www.cmu.edu/admission/forms/2011/apply_freshman.pdf
