Sending SAT/ACT Scores (URGENT)

Hi everyone!

I noticed that two colleges that I am planning to apply to(Cal Poly SLO and San Diego State) are “Campuses That Have Higher Standards,” so some of the SAT/ACT submission dates are earlier. According to CSUMentor “It is recommended that you take the test no later than November if applying for fall admission.” I saw on another site that the due date for scores is Dec. 1. For San Diego, “It is recommended that the SAT or ACT be taken no later than October for fall admission.” I took the required tests already but have not submitted them yet. Can anyone comfirm the due dates for test scores. Do you think it’s still ok to apply and then turn in the scores later? Will it affect my admission?

NOTE: I took the SAT and ACT already and am planning to retake the ACT this December.

THANKS A BUNCH!

Does anyone know? Please answer.

I think your best bet is to go online for the SAT scores be sent to both schools. There was a place on the admission forms that asks dates tests were taken; just fill in those dates. When you retake the ACT in December be sure to put the CP-SLO & SDS codes. Remember these are either/or, not both ... so there will be the SATs submitted in a timely fashion. The ACT retake may or may not be taken into account. You can only do what you can do.
