Sending SAT/ACT scores

I took both the SAT and ACT. However, my ACT score is much greater than my SAT score. If I am sending my scores to colleges then do i even have to mention my SAT score? For example, in the "Academics" section of the Common App it asks for all your test scores. Do I need to mention my SAT score?

To the best of my knowledge, it’s unnecessary to list all of your SAT/ACT scores. However, if a college requires all scores to be reported, regardless of SAT/ACT status, you can just directly send a score report.

The score reports, transcripts, and official documents are what truly matter; the Common App just gives a preliminary glimpse into the candidate. But always be accurate to the best of your ability.

So, would it be allowed for me to completely leave out my SAT scores on common app because I am sending my ACT score?

Yeah, except for Yale and a few other schools (you’ll need to check).

If the schools you are applying to do not require all examination scores to be sent, to the best of my knowledge, there is no reason to note down a faulty SAT score on the Common App.

If the school requires all scores, however, that’s just a matter of sending out specific reports.

Where can i find information on what scores each school wants? Thank you guys so much for helping me.
