Sending SAT/ACT scores

Hi! I have a question about sending standardized test scores to colleges.
I took them in the spring and my SAT I/SAT II/ACT scores were sent to some colleges that interested me at that time.
What do I do if a college received both SAT I and ACT scores? Are they going to look at the better one? first one?
SAT - 2140
ACT - 35

Also, when I send a transcript from my high school, there's an option "send my test scores with my transcript". Is this considered "official" or I have to go to College Board/ACT websites to send my scores to colleges? Considering I'm applying to 10 schools, the fee turns out to be quite large...

1) They'll look at the better one.

2) Scores reported on the transcripts are not official. If the school requires official reports, as most schools do, you must send them through the College Board.

Chedva, thank you very much!

I guess it's good that about half of my application fees are waived by QuestBridge..otherwise it would be a LOT of money to pay in just fees O.o
