I sent all of my four SAT scores to the UC and Cal-States today.
However, I’m taking one in December 3rd.
I am confused because when I was looking at the Receipt for the scores I’ve sent, it said December score not available.
That’s obvious because I haven’t taken it yet.
But my question is, once I take the December 3rd one and the scores come out, will Collegeboard add my December score onto there?
Or do I have to send another separate score report for my December score?
I’ve emailed Collegeboard and my school counselor and my school counselor doesn’t know.
When you were ordering scores sent could you list four colleges as free sends and was the Dec test shown as one to be sent though not yet available? If so, all you did was identify colleges to receive your Dec and prior scores in your Dec test registration and absolutely nothing will be sent until the Dec scores come out, at which time your Dec and prior scores will be sent.
If instead, you went to order scores and your prior tests were shown as choices but the Dec test was not even mentioned, and you had to pay a fee to send any scores to any college because there were no free sends, then what you did was go into a prior test registration and order scores sent and they will be sent within the next week, and you will need to separately send the Dec scores by going into your Dec test registration and list colleges to receive scores.
In other words, the only way you could have actually sent your prior scores now is via the use of a prior test registration and not the Dec test registration.
Also, when sending scores to UC’s you need send them to only one UC and all others will automatically get them, so you do not have to pay for multiple sends. Likewise, for the CSU’s you should send scores to the CSU Mentor which has its own SAT number, and sending scores to it automatically results in all CSU’s and Poly’s having them.
