While I was filling out CommonApp, I clicked the option of self reporting my test scores. Do I still have to send the scores from collegeboard to the college or is self reporting it on CommonApp enough?

You do need to send your official scores through collegeboard regardless of whether you elect to self report them in your application.

Also, you should submit the official score at least 1-2 weeks before deadline.

deadline is two days later and I’m sending my application today

do you think they’ll accept it if its late?

Most colleges will accept it (but some high high high schools wont)

and it doesn’t take 1-2 weeks all the time. Just make sure you send your scores now

Normally it takes around 5 business days. The CB says it take 1-2 weeks which is a reasonable estimate as there may be busier time like now and also holidays in between. Rush service will take 2 business days. I always wonder they intentionally delay the regular score delivery to make more money.
Anyway, the school may take additional time to file the score. Also, some school do not accept rush scores.
