Is it too late to send SAT scores to UC’s? The college board website says it will take up to 4 weeks plus internal processing. Should I rush scores? Thanks!

I’m pretty sure the last score they accept is for the December test, so I can’t think it is too late. I will double check and post here, however, we have been delaying because we don’t want scores in before the application. I have heard of several instances where test scores were ‘lost’ for some time because the application hadn’t yet opened a file for that student, so to speak, and the school was later under the impression it hadn’t received them yet.

I understand it usually takes about two weeks (although crush times and holidays may make it longer.) We were planning on sending scores towards the end of the week – not rush.

If the extra $20 will put your mind at rest, though, you should do what you think is best.

Yep, December is the last SAT date that will be considered. [Dates & deadlines | UC Admissions](http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/how-to-apply/dates-deadlines/)
