Will Yale get the scores in time if you just put Yale on the recepient list for the first time for November Sats and you don't rush report the scores?

In time for early action?

I believe their website says November is a valid test date for early action (and it's obviously valid for Regular D). If they say so, it is.

If you applied early, sent scores in November, and haven't heard from Yale about missing application parts, you're fine.

no they wont get there in time for early action if you dont rush them. they will be in time for regular tho.

but it says on the collegeboard website that the scores will be mailed to the designated schools three weeks after the test date and that it would be mailed through two-day priority postal system(something like that).

rush on the other hand, is a faster reporting system that will send your scores after you choose additional reports??? i mean, is there anybody with some kind of experience on this matter??? any currently-enrolled-in-yale people???????????????

Beware of the Rush Report service. I rushed some scores back in october to ensure that my ED school would receive them in time (since the College Board website said that it would take 4-6 weeks the other way). However, yesterday I received a notice from the ED school saying they had not received my scores and that I needed to contact the College Board. I went on their website and it said that they had not processed the rush report until 11-13, about 3 weeks after I had requested the Rush report. so basically, I was charged $26 extra for a service that the college board did not give me and they put my application at stake. Do not trust this company to get your info out in a timely manner. Be very careful and try to get everything in super-early so they do not screw up someone else worse than they did to me. Now I can't even get in touch with them because they have no one working on weekends. What a mess.

that really sucks desvushka... but u know what? it wasn't your fault... just let the college know that they messed it up not you, because wow that is really upsetting. i really don't like how the SAT is managed world-wide.. they shoudln't make the test COST so much first of all, and the whole mess with rush reporting ,etc makes me really upset. i am upset for you, and i hope it works out.

devushka--same thing happened to me. i ordered them nov. 2nd and they didnt get sent until nov. 13th. maybe we can get our money back
