So what is the exact process of sending SAT score to various colleges and universities? Can you still take an exam after your scores? Or will this cost an additional $15 per school just to resend your result?

When's the best time to send scores?

Thanks. Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere.

Yes, I do beleive the report will need to be resent.

When you take an SAT, you can specify up to 4 schools that will recieve a free report. After that you will have to pay. I think it is more like 9.50 per school (which is outrageous, since it is all electronic, and even if they were mailing it, it would still be outrageous)

ya srsly they are rip offs- i got 15 schools im applyin to and im pretty much sendin both acts and sat reporrts to each of em, its like 300 bucks!

Yeah, I thought it was prettu bad 20+ years ago when I was applying, so I didn't bother sending all my scores to all the schools I applied to. It was kind of funny the first week of my freshman year when I used a score the college hadn't seen to get out of having to take a freshman essay test to satisfy a writing requirement. I hadn't thought that score would be any use for anything.

Sparkle - yes they should. If you log into your college board account there is somewhere that shows what schools got reports from you . Look on MY SAT. Then My Scores, and look for the link that shows what schools got what scores.
