I know that Stanford's policy regarding SAT scores is that they must receive all scores of the applicant(no score-choice). Does this mean that if I'm sending SAT Subject scores, i have to send in my SAT I's too? Or are those two tests separate?

Also, is there a deadline to request to have scores sent? I'm applying REA and taking the October SAT I. The results come up on the 29th, but will it be too late to send by then?

It says pretty clearly on the website that you can take the october test and apply REA.

It also should be clear that the SAT subject scores are separate from the SAT I’s, as the subject tests are not a requirement while the SAT Reasoning test or ACT with writing is. Therefore it is fine to send in the ACT with writing if you prefer and then send it subject tests. Do send all of your scores from which ever tests you decide to submit, though.

Let me rephrase my question.
Scores for the October SAT come out on the 29th.
Will it be too late to request to send to Stanford by then? They want it by novermber 1st.

@Mega Hey, I apologize I said something wrong before. You don’t have to send all of your SAT II’s in, as those are optional. So you can feel free to pick your best SAT II scores. I confirmed this directly with an admissions officer.

Your application needs to be sent in by then, but for stuff that you can’t really control you won’t be held accountable for. There are a lot of people that took the october SAT apply to Stanford early, just send in your scores right when you get them and I think you should be fine.
