I have taken the SAT and ACT and have done much better on the ACT so I plan to use that score when applying to universities. At the same time, I have taken the SAT subject tests in Math, Biology, and Physics, and need to send in those scores to schools I plan to apply to.

Is it possible to only show Colleges SAT subject test scores and not the reasoning test?

Nope, College Board sends all of your SAT test scores, no matter what. (well, I'm not sure anymore, but if that was the first time you've taken the SAT, they may give you the choice over whether or not to send that one. But all the test scores after that first are definitely sent)

Current practice is to send your complete record of SAT I and SAT II scores to each college that receives scores for either test. But if you scored much better on the ACT than on the SAT I, your SAT I scores shouldn't be a problem, as colleges announce that their policy is to consider your best scores.

From looking at the college board website, I can't seem to tell if it is possible to have them send my SAT Subject Test Scores but not my Reasoning Test.

It is not possible. From the College Board website:
[quote]
All available scores will be sent, including those from previous test administrations. You cannot send only your latest or highest SAT Reasoning Test scores, or separate scores for critical reading or math or writing, or *only SAT Reasoning Test or only SAT Subject Tests scores. *
