Sending SAT vs. ACT as a transfer

I’m a first year student at my state university. I know it’s early to ask, but my situation with testing would be nice to resolve. As I’m applying as a sophomore transfer, and hence will only have one full semester to work off of, I’d have to assume there is still a degree of emphasis placed on standardized test scores. On the SAT, taken once in May of my junior year, was 2030 (730 Math, 700 reading, 600 writing), an alright score but nothing world beating. My ACT, taken October of senior year, was 35 (31 Math, 35 English, 36 both Science and Reading), a notably better score. My question is do I submit just the superior ACT, or do I do the SAT with it despite the substantially lower score?
