Sending scholarship money?

<p>So today I received my scholarship checks in the mail and I need to send them UCSD. I talked to the financial aid office and the told me that I need to talk to Student Business Services because they will be the ones who take the checks and then tell the financial aid office to credit my account.</p>

<p>Anyways, I called them and no one picked up, so I was wondering where do I mail the checks to? Also, do you think it would be better to mail the checks or should I just wait and give the checks in person?</p>

<p>If the scholarship is from an agency outside UCSD, and you haven’t received your check, contact the agency and ask them to:
Send your scholarship check as soon as possible.

  1. Make the check payable to “UC Regents.”
  2. Include your PID and full name on the check.
  3. Mail the check to:</p>

<p>Note: You are responsible to meet all payment deadlines regardless of delays in receipt or processing of your scholarship check.
If you received the check directly from the agency and it is payable to UCSD:
Write your full name and PID on the check if it is not already printed on the check.
Deliver the check to Student Business Services (map)
or

<p>Also, be sure to report any outside money on the Finaid section in triton link too. My check was processed in 3 days after they received it which took a day.</p>
