Sending score reports after selectively self reporting?

Hello! I am a senior who has committed to a college for Fall 2020. Last fall, when I was applying to colleges, I self-reported nearly all of my scores, but didn’t report two of my scores (seeing as they were 3s). Though my college now does not give any credit for APs, it is still asking students to send in score reports for record keeping. Will I get rescinded for not disclosing those scores during admissions if I send the score report now?

Have you committed already? If you aren’t sure about the exams, you can ask your admissions counselor or your advisor if you have one already.

Unless the school REQUIRED you to report AP scores on your application, I think you’re fine. You can post your question on this thread if you would like more reassurance: http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/ask-dean-topics/903319-when-do-colleges-rescind-acceptances.html#latest

I’ve talked to the AOs and they said that they would like us to send them for record keeping, but for no other purpose than that. My worries come in with the fact that my score report would include the two AP scores I didn’t submit.

@sxqu125 Have you committed yet? Because if you have they won’t kick you out because of two bad scores. Just send them, there’s no harm in it. They won’t rescind you for a test score, especially since they’re still passing scores.

No. You are fine. And 3s are also perfectly fine.

The only issue would be if you reported the scores as 5s, for example, and sending them in showed that you had submitted false info.
