What exactly is the point of sending score reports? I'm not applying anywhere until next year. Should I still send in my scores to show interest?

It would help to know more about your situation. Generally, though, it is best to wait in case you want to employ Score Choice later. But if you are sure that you are finished with all your testing, you might as well send them to colleges.

I’m a junior who took the SAT for the first time in March. Wondering what the point of the score reports is for someone like me.

There is no point, really. You can save the score report fee if you send it now instead of later, but that’s only if you’re only going to take the SATI once, forfeit Score Choice, and not take any SATIIs.

As others have said, just wait

Thanks for clearing that up.

What if schools take all SAT scores and only pick the highest out of each seating, would it matter if l send all of them? I’m planing on taking it May and September( or October whichever one it is)
