Sending Scores HELP

I am in the process of filling out the Common Application and I need some help with regards to sending scores and what scores to report. I took the SAT three times and my highest score was a 1790. However, I took the ACT once and scored a 29 composite (33 English, 28 Math, 28 Reading, and 28 Science), which is the equivalent of a 1970 on the SAT.
Stats:
I have a 4.0 G.P.A. unweighted and a 4.837 weighted. I also am number 2 in a class of 637 students. I received an SAT II subject test score of 710 U.S. History a 640 Biology-Ecology, and a 590 on Math2.

With regards to the Common Application, I wanted to know how I can hide my SAT score from Harvard and only share my ACT score. I am also applying to Stanford, which requires us to send everything. Obviously, this conflicts with one another. I am curious if I can submit my Common Application to Harvard with only the ACT scores first and then submit my Common App with the SAT scores to Stanford. Basically, my question is: Would the Common Application allow you submit an application to Stanford and then allow you to erase the SAT scores from the application and resend it to Harvard?

Don’t worry. That section of the common app is totally optional since all schools will want OFFICIAL test scores sent DIRECTLY from the testing agency itself. So if I were you, I would just leave that part blank on the common app. It won’t hurt you or help you. That’s what my D did when she applied. She only reported her AP test scores in that section of the common app.

When you took the tests did you use any of the free score sends? If you did utilize the 4 free sends, and you indicated Harvard and Stanford as recipients, then the scores will have been sent automatically. On the other hand, if you didn’t and you are paying to send them, and you don’t want Harvard to see your SAT score, then don’t send it to them. Just send the ACT score. Harvard accepts either the SAT or ACT. SATs are administered by the College Board and ACT is administered by ACT.org–two different testing agencies.

For Stanford, which is not score choice, you can choose to send either the SAT or ACT, but whichever you choose, you have to send all of the scores from all the test dates you tested on. Understand?

Have you taken SAT subject tests? Better check on the requirements for that.
