<p>What if you put the October ACT test date down on the common app (indicating that you were going to take it in the future), and upon receiving scores, you decide that you don't want to send the October ACT. Do early decision colleges hold off on evaluating your application until they receive that score?</p>
<p>No they will not hold off. They will hold off if they do not have everything required including a test score. I assume you have another that you have or are sending.</p>
