sending Scores to colleges

<p>Iam taking SAT on dec 7 2013.Should i send the scores by rush report only or can i send them normally.How much time it takes for the score to be send normally from CB to Univ like Berkeley(deadline dec 31),Georgia ( deadline jan15).</p>
