sending scores to high school =.=

ok here's my dilemma...
I'm pretty sure I've asked this somewhere, but can't recall exactly if I did or not and I don't exactly feel like going through my posts and since this is a recurring problem here goes again =D

When I first took the ACT, I was ignorant, so I checked that dumb box and gave my high school code to send the score to my high school...let's just say not my best score

and then I realized this was a bad idea, so for my second time registering, I told it to not send it to my high school...turned out to be my best score

so assuming that my high school has recorded on my transcript my lowest score, if I talk to my counselor, that can be removed right??
and I can just personally send in my highest score online when it comes time to applying?

I'm still a junior, so no apps have been sent, but I don't want this to be a problem when it comes time to do so =)

thanks guys

bumppppp
=D

you should def be able to get them off of your transcript...

You can ask your counselor to take the score off of your transcript and you can send a score report for the better score to your hs but it will cost $9.

oh wow never even thought of that. i didnt take the ACT yet (taking it in february) but i figured why not send the score to my school? but bloog does have a point. i'm sure you can get it taken off your transcript, especially since you are taking it again.

My school used to put scores on transcripts, but it is now against the rules to since it is private information and, according to my counselor, "have no right to display the information".
