Sending Scores to UC's

in June i took math II and lit, i failed the lit and got 660 math II. i want to send the math only from this date.

in Nov, im taking US history and lit again....

i want to send only my best november score, but i want to turn in my uc app a couple weeks before the deadline as well. Do i just mark pending on both tests and send in just the better one? can i do this? i also heard that they just look at your top 2 tests (Uc's). but what if i get 100pts less on one of these tests than the other? will this hurt me?

suggestions PLEASE! :)

They only look at your top two scores, but they require that you send in every score from every test you’ve taken. (Which means you can’t hide that Literature score if you’re sending the June Math II scores)

The scores you need depend on which UC you’re aiming for. While scores in the 600 range may be good enough for Irvine, you’ll need both scores in the 700+ to have a good shot at UCLA or Cal. A discrepancy of 100 points is really quite large; unless it’s 700 and 800 or something close to that, it won’t be looked upon well.

okay thanks! davis, sb, irvine, and santa cruz are the Uc’s im applying to…no cal or ucla!
