Sending scores way before actually applying?

I'm a rising junior (just finishing up sophomore year), and I just took what could possibly be my last SATs. Scores (actual and predicted) follow:

SAT Reasoning Test:

2360 (790 CR/800 M/770 W - 76 MC, 10 E) (May 2010)

SAT Subject Tests:

Biology M: 770 (June 2009)
Chemistry: 780-800 (June 2010 - PREDICTION)
Physics: 800 (June 2010 - PREDICTION)
Math 2: 800 (June 2010 - PREDICTION)

As you can see, my scores should be adequate for pretty much any college.

Should I send scores to colleges I'm interested in (and plan to apply to) and take advantage of the free score reports? Or should I wait until the end of junior year? I will most likely not take any more subject tests, and I'm definitely not retaking a 2360.

The colleges I'm interested in include: (if this makes a difference)

MIT
Harvey Mudd
UChicago
UC Berkeley

(Reach-heavy, sure, but I will also apply to most of the UC system, and I live in California...)

Use the free score reports. Send them.

2360?! I’m a rising junior too, and I could have never gotten such a score! Craaaazy.
Congrats though & best of luck =]
