I know that some colleges require you to send all SAT scores but does this also apply to SAT Subject tests as well? For example, I have some scores that are pretty bad that I am reluctant to send in; am I allowed not to send the subject test scores in?
My son only sent in the ones he thought were relevant to each school he applied to as he took several. Seemed to work out just fine for him.
@ZBD5421 Thank You!
If a school asks for all scores you have to send all scores- this means all SAT scores, all subject test scores, and all ACT scores. It kind of sucks and a lot of colleges allow score choice, but there a still several who want to see all scores. The only schools with this policy that I can think of are Georgetown and Stanford- so if the school says all scores, it means all scores including subject tests
There is no general rules, each institution establishes it own – sometimes unique – policies.
@CDOESenior2k16 The all score policy at Stanford does not apply on subject test.
