Sending Scores

<p>Ok Im applyin in November to a couple schools for early action and I need to send them my scores from previous test. When i do regular shipping it says 3-5 weeks so does that mean they might not get it by November 1st if I send it today. Should i rush it so I know they get it and before Nov 1st.</p>
