I am sure that this has been asked before, but I can't seem to get a definite answer. Do colleges see your 9/10/11th grade AP Scores during the college application procedure, or is it up to the applicant to send his/her scores. And is not sending scores considered a negative?

An AP score report, just like an SAT score report, contains all scores for AP exams that you ever took. You can, however, decide to omit certain scores from reports. The only way colleges would know you did this is if they see in your transcript that you took an AP class, and they received no exam scores. Thus, self-studying for an exam and not revealing the score would have no negative effect.
