Sending scores

I had some questions about sending scores, which is pretty much confusing the hell out of me. Thanks if you can answer them.

If you know you are going to take the SAT I test twice, would you send it to the colleges (you know how in registration they ask you to pick 4 free colleges), or would you send it the second time you take it? And if 2nd, how are the scores sent? the best ones or all of them and the colleges (some) just take the best scores for each section?

If you left it blank and after you take the test you feel that you are confident enough to send it to colleges, is there a way to go back and change that admission ticket or do you have to pay to send your score?

I was browsing the collegeboard site and i stumbled on this: SAT Subject Tests
http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/scores.html (bottom)
Remember, Score Choice is no longer available for tests taken after June 2002. Please remember you will need to release your scores to colleges if you plan on reporting these scores.

What does this exactly mean? You can’t choose which score you are going to send? It’s whatever score you get on that one specific test you take?

Oh, and 1 and 2 aplies for SAT II too. Thanksss

-- And ACT haha

well sorry for asking those questions but i think this website would help. im going to leave those up and this site just incase anyone else was wondering about it by any chance.
