Sending Scores

I am not sure how this works.
When the school asks for the Official Score Reports, does that mean that I MUST send it through College Board or is something like the Common Application enough?
I believe I do, but how does the sending work? Do they send one score you choose or all, as in SAT I scores and SAT IIs? I should have thought about this earlier, but if I send the scores by the end of this week would it be too late for the schools whose deadlines are around January 1st? Slaps self in face

Yep, you have to send it through college board. You go pick which schools you want to send scores to ($9.50 ea) and then it sends ALL your scores to those schools.

I'd recommend you send them TODAY (if at all possible)... It takes a lot of colleges 1-2 weeks to receive an official score report, but for some it takes 2-4 weeks... Some colleges will accept scores later than the 1st even though their deadline is the 1st... check for that.

Good luck! If it makes you feel better, I left it to this late too, and it all worked out.

Official Score Reports do not necessarily mean through college board. All of the schools I have sent to just record them from my transcript. I suggest mailing your schools before paying the $9.50 fee per school.

I think only one of my schools says it's okay if they're on the transcript- if you look on the college's website, you should be able to figure it out.

Hmm wow well I remember sending certain scores to some schools, but I didn't think scores from all my tests were sent. So I mean if I send for an example an SAT II score to one college, does that college receive my past scores as well? If so then I sent it to 5/8 schools. I'm not in too bad of a shape if that is the case (except I wish I did better :P).
