Sending Scores?

<p>OK. I have read a lot of posts here about sending scores to colleges via ACT. However, I feel that I've gotten mixed messages, should I, shouldn't I? </p>

<p>If I could get a clear cut answer before the Feb. ACT test date, that'd be great!</p>

<p>What, one doesn't have to list colleges to send scores to before taking the test? Should you wait until you know you made a decent score before requesting scores be sent? What is a decent enough score for a) admission to a Tier 1, and b) admission to a Tier 1 Honors program?</p>
