Let's say I took a test in October and I'm taking another in November. I send the scores to 4 colleges; and in November, do I send the scores once more? If I send one test score to a school, will the receive ALL my other test scores (SAT II, I)? Or do I have to send each and every test I've ever taken to each and every school I'm applying to?

College Board, whenever it sends any score, will send all scores it already has on file for you at same time unless you actually exercise score choice, meaning you must take positive acts to prevent the complete send. However, it does not then send future scores and thus if you send October by listing four colleges for a free send, your Oct and prior scores will be sent, but to then have Nov sent you will have to do it again.

Thank you! (:

To clarify - If I send the scores to all of colleges I’m applying to (let’s say, in December), they will receive ALL my test scores, SAT II and SAT I.

Yes as long as you do not purposefully exercise score choice.
