Sending Subject Test Scores to Colleges

For SUBJECT TESTS, are you allowed to choose the scores you want to send to colleges (even colleges like Cornell that require you to send all scores)?

bump… I was wondering about the same thing!

Bumppppppppp

Yeah!! OMG! Please, somebody answer this!! I know like, Georgetown wants to see all your scores? But if you have 2 800s and a 500 can you just not send them the 500? Or do they have to see all your scores?!!?

And what’s the repercussion for not sending your bad scores when they demand to see them all?

BUMP

so score choice applies to sat subject tests as well as sat reasoning?
how would a university know if you only sent in one test on a day that you took 2 tests… or that you only sent tests from one day when you took the same tests on another occasion? does it specifically say “selected scores” or something when they get the report?

Bumppppppp

Dudes, don’t worry about subject tests. There’s no way for colleges to know how many you’ve taken. I talked with College Board about this. Just send in your best scores. The only time you’re screwed is when a school requires a certain ST and you’ve only taken it once. Then you have to send in a score even if it’s low. But if you take it more than once you can send in your best score and they’ll have no clue.

thanks ^.~
