I applied ED and was deferred, I am planning to submit some supp materials. Not too much, and re-writing my essays. I was wondering if it would be ok if its postmarked the 2nd?

I think you can send in supplemental materials any time you want . . keep them updated on your school marks, new essays, new recs, that sort of thing

yea, it would be ok if the supp materials for my already submitted app would be ok even if the material contains 'replacement' essays to the ones i already submitted?

I don't know about essays, but I'm pretty sure marks/letters maybe supplemental art stuff is fine . . . someone more knowledgeable on this should reply

I don't know about a replacement essay, but an additional essay/letter about why you should be admitted is good.

Im sending the entire package at once, it includes an essay about why i want to go to cornell, then a new commonapp essay, and the re-written, enhanced supp essays, along with a resume and a little thing i made about me doing some of the stuff i wrote about in my essay(s). If its all sent together, along with a letter of rec, would it be fine?

yea.. I have a 3page essay/short story that I wrote for Johns Hopkins.. but I REALLY REALLY like it!! that i wanna send it out to other colleges.
I was wondering... would they be bothered and not even look at it and throw it away if I send it to them??? :(... that would be sad... my three-day-work going down to a trashcan...

So does anyone know if sending an entire package at once past the RD deadline ok, i was deferred ED so they already have me on file. My package includes an essay about why i want to go to cornell, then a new commonapp essay, and the re-written, enhanced supp essays, along with a resume and a little thing i made about me doing some of the stuff i wrote about in my essay(s). If its all sent together, along with a letter of rec, would it be fine?

everyone knows the johns hopkins essay about the $10 day...it will look like you're slacking unless you explain you're reusing it...
