Does U Penn look at the best score or do they superscore?

Perhaps if you looked at the school’s web site? [Required Testing for Freshmen Applicants - Penn Admissions](http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/apply/freshman-admission/required-testing)

Pretty sure penn superscores

Asdf, if you had looked at the link provided you would know…

It’s worth noting that Penn is one of the schools that requires the submission of all tests taken. Even if you only took the ACT in seventh grade, you must submit this score (and pay the $12).

It is an onerous (and ridiculous IMO) requirement. However, they make their own rules and I would assume they make sure penalties are commensurate if an applicant fails to submit any scores - perhaps auto-reject.

Their official policy is to superscore, but with this “all scores required submittal” policy, I assume they look at all scores.
